Canadian Visa Refusals

In order to be approved for a Visa, it is very important that your application is both thorough and correctly completed. If you submit an incomplete visa application not only can your request be rejected, but if you inadvertently omit important application information, you could be seen as submitting an application that misrepresents your situation.

You might very innocently omit some information on your application, but if it is deemed by Canadian immigration to be a circumstance of misrepresentation, you risk having an Exclusion Order issued as a result. This means the individual would be banned from entering Canada for 5 years.

It is important to note that there is no formal appeal process if your temporary resident visa is refused.

Contact Sam Law and let us help you assess your eligibility for the most appropriate visa and ensure that your forms are correctly and fully completed.
